hey guys do you have any natural remedies for treating hangovers after a night's out?

A hangover is your body being overly dehydrated. So avoid things that dehydrate you more and consume plenty of water.
Here are some general rules to follow.
Drink plenty of water before going to sleep. - This is the most important thing you can do. Don't wait until the morning to grab that glass of water.
In the morning:
Stay away from products with caffeine and alcohol. It is a myth that these things help. They don't. They dehydrate you more. Avoid working out. Avoid long periods in the sun. Avoid any activities that may cause you to perspire.

AS A BARTENDER AND SOMEONE WHO LOVES TO DRINK..MY BEST ADVICE TO ME IS DONT DRINK..THOSE OF US THAT GET HANGOVERS SUFFER EXTREMELY..THEY SUCK..LOL...BUT WE HAVE FUN GETTING THEM...MY BEST ADVICE IS GO OUT DRINKING WHEN YOU DONT HAVE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY
